These Terms and Conditions govern your use of CardRummy (cardrummy.ws). By registering an account or placing any bet on our platform, you agree to everything written here. Please take a few minutes to read through — this document protects both you and CardRummy.

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and CardRummy ("we", "us", "our"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must stop using CardRummy immediately and close your account if one exists.
These Terms apply in addition to any game-specific rules, bonus terms, privacy policy, and responsible gaming policy published on CardRummy. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a specific game rule, the game-specific rule will take precedence for that game only.
Continuing to use CardRummy after any update to these Terms is treated as acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify registered players of material changes via email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before they take effect.
CardRummy is strictly for adults. You must be at least 18 years of age to register, deposit, or play any game on CardRummy. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend accounts pending verification. Any account found to belong to a person under 18 will be permanently closed and any balance forfeited.
CardRummy is operated for and directed at players located in Pakistan. You are solely responsible for determining whether accessing and using CardRummy is lawful in your jurisdiction. By registering, you represent and warrant that online gaming is lawful for you in the location from which you are accessing the platform.
When registering on CardRummy, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your legal name, Pakistani mobile number, and date of birth. CardRummy may at any time request supporting documentation to verify the accuracy of information provided. Providing false or misleading information at registration is a breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure.
Each player is permitted to hold exactly one CardRummy account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under your own name, another person's name, or using different contact details — is strictly prohibited. CardRummy uses technical and manual controls to identify duplicate accounts. All accounts belonging to the same individual will be closed, and any balance may be forfeited without notice.
CardRummy does not accept registrations from persons acting on behalf of another individual. Each account must be operated by the registered account holder personally.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your CardRummy username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. CardRummy will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access arose from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify CardRummy support immediately at support@cardrummy.ws. CardRummy may temporarily freeze your account during investigation of a suspected security breach.
All CardRummy account balances are held in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Bets are placed in PKR, winnings are credited in PKR, and all withdrawals are processed in PKR. No currency conversion facility is offered. The minimum account balance required to place a bet is equal to the minimum bet limit of the game you wish to play.
An account is considered inactive if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. CardRummy reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee of Rs 200 per month to inactive account balances after providing 30 days' written notice to the registered email address or mobile number. Once the balance reaches zero, the account will be closed. Active balances will never be reduced without prior notification.
CardRummy currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. The availability of specific payment methods may change from time to time and will be reflected on the deposit and withdrawal pages within your CardRummy account.
The minimum deposit on CardRummy is Rs 200. There is no standard maximum daily deposit limit for verified accounts, though CardRummy may apply limits to specific payment methods based on the policies of the respective payment provider. Players may voluntarily set personal deposit limits from their account settings at any time as part of our responsible gaming tools.
Withdrawal requests are processed by CardRummy within standard working hours. For Easypaisa and JazzCash, the typical processing time is under 15 minutes. NayaPay and SadaPay withdrawals typically complete within 20 minutes. Bank IBFT transfers complete within 30 minutes during banking hours. Card withdrawals may take up to 60 minutes. CardRummy does not charge a fee on the first withdrawal requested per day. Subsequent same-day withdrawals may be subject to a processing fee which will be displayed before confirmation.
Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in the same name as your CardRummy account. CardRummy will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Withdrawals may be delayed if account verification is pending or if CardRummy suspects unusual activity on the account.
CardRummy reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal exceeding Rs 50,000 in a single transaction or Rs 1,00,000 in aggregate within any 30-day period.
Once a bet has been confirmed on CardRummy — whether by clicking "Place Bet", "Deal", or an equivalent confirmation action within the game — it cannot be cancelled or modified. You are responsible for verifying all bet details before confirming. CardRummy is not liable for bets placed in error where the confirmation action was completed by you.
Each game and room on CardRummy has specified minimum and maximum bet limits that are displayed within the game interface before you place a bet. These limits may vary by game type, room, and player tier. CardRummy reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time with reasonable notice.
In the event of a technical error, system failure, or communication disruption during a game or bet, CardRummy will investigate the incident and, where possible, restore the game to the state it was in immediately before the disruption. If restoration is not possible, bets affected by the disruption may be voided and stakes returned to players. CardRummy's determination in such matters is final.
CardRummy operates its games using certified random number generation systems and, for applicable games, cryptographic provably fair algorithms. Published RTP (Return to Player) figures represent theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee outcomes in any individual session. Past results do not influence future outcomes on CardRummy.
Bonuses and promotional offers on CardRummy are available to eligible registered players as specified in the individual promotion terms. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, bonuses are available only to players who have completed account verification and made at least one qualifying deposit. CardRummy reserves the right to determine eligibility and to exclude specific players from promotions at its sole discretion.
All bonus credits awarded by CardRummy are subject to wagering requirements before they or any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements will be specified in the terms of each individual promotion. Unless otherwise stated, the default wagering requirement on CardRummy bonuses is 20x the bonus amount. Bets placed on certain game types may contribute differently to meeting wagering requirements as specified in the promotion terms.
Bonuses that are not used within the validity period specified in the promotion terms will expire automatically and be removed from your account without notice. CardRummy is not obligated to remind players of upcoming bonus expiry, though we may choose to do so as a courtesy.
CardRummy actively monitors accounts for behaviour that suggests bonus abuse — including opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing bets that deliberately exploit bonus terms, or coordinating with other players to manipulate promotional outcomes. Any account found to be engaging in bonus abuse will be suspended, bonuses will be forfeited, and deposits may be withheld pending investigation.
CardRummy may at any time modify, suspend, or discontinue any bonus or promotion with reasonable notice. No compensation is owed to players for changes to future promotions.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, or create derivative works from any CardRummy content without our express written permission. This includes screenshots, recordings, or streaming of game sessions in any format.
CardRummy provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to keep the platform operational and accurate, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free performance at all times.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CardRummy's total liability to any player for any claim arising from the use of the platform — including losses from bets, technical errors, or account issues — is limited to the total amount deposited by the player into their CardRummy account in the 30 days preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.
CardRummy is not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive losses of any kind, including loss of profits, loss of data, or damage to your device arising from your use of the platform. Nothing in these Terms limits CardRummy's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
CardRummy collects and processes personal data about registered players in order to operate the platform, process payments, verify identities, and comply with legal obligations. The full details of what data we collect, how we use it, how we protect it, and your rights in relation to it are set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
By registering on CardRummy, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You may withdraw consent at any time by closing your account, subject to any retention obligations CardRummy has under applicable law.
CardRummy reserves the right to suspend or restrict access to any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where there is reasonable cause to do so. Grounds for suspension include suspected breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, pending identity verification, or at the request of a regulatory or law enforcement authority.
CardRummy may close any account permanently where a serious breach of these Terms has been confirmed, including but not limited to fraud, money laundering, identity falsification, or systematic abuse of bonuses. Where an account is closed due to confirmed fraud, any balance in the account may be forfeited in its entirety.
You may close your CardRummy account at any time by contacting support at support@cardrummy.ws. Before processing account closure, CardRummy will confirm your identity and process any valid outstanding withdrawal request. Account closure does not affect any contractual obligations that arose before the date of closure.
CardRummy may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in law, platform functionality, or business practices. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via the email address or mobile number on their account at least 7 days before the changes take effect.
The date of the most recent revision is shown at the top of this page. Continued use of CardRummy after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must stop using CardRummy and close your account before the effective date.
