Registration on CardRummy is completely free — there are no signup fees, subscription charges, or hidden costs. The registration process takes under two minutes. You fill in your name, Pakistani mobile number, date of birth and a password, verify your number via a 6-digit OTP sent by SMS, and your account is live. That's it. No. Each player is permitted exactly one CardRummy account. Duplicate accounts are identified through our verification systems and will be permanently closed. Any balance held in duplicate accounts may be forfeited. If you have lost access to your existing account, please email support@cardrummy.ws for account recovery assistance rather than creating a new one.

You must be at least 18 years old to register and play on CardRummy. Age is verified at registration using your date of birth. For large withdrawals or where our system flags a concern, we may request a copy of your CNIC or another government-issued ID. Accounts registered by players under 18 will be permanently closed and any balance refunded.

If you're logged in, go to Account Settings and select "Change Password". If you've forgotten your password and are locked out, use the OTP login option on the login page — enter your registered mobile number, verify the OTP sent by SMS, and once inside your account you can set a new password in Settings. If you no longer have access to your registered number, contact support@cardrummy.ws.

CardRummy is fully optimised for mobile browsers — both Android Chrome and iOS Safari. The site functions like a native app on your phone without needing to download anything. You can add cardrummy.ws to your home screen via your browser's "Add to Home Screen" option for instant one-tap access. All features — login, deposit, betting, and withdrawal — work perfectly on mobile browsers.

For security reasons, mobile number changes require identity verification. Log in to your CardRummy account, go to Account Settings, and request a number change. You'll need to verify both your old number (if accessible) and the new number via OTP. If you no longer have access to your old number, email support@cardrummy.ws with your account details and CNIC for manual verification.

Deposits & Withdrawals

CardRummy accepts all major Pakistani payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT transfers, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) with no currency conversion. There are no hidden transaction fees on CardRummy's side — what you deposit is what arrives in your account balance.

The minimum deposit on CardRummy is Rs 200. This low threshold means you can try CardRummy without committing a large amount. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by CardRummy, though your Easypaisa or JazzCash wallet may have daily transaction limits set by those services separately.

Easypaisa and JazzCash deposits are credited to your CardRummy account in real time — typically within 10 to 30 seconds of the payment being confirmed on your mobile wallet. Bank IBFT transfers may take up to 15 minutes depending on the sending bank. Card deposits are usually instant. If your deposit hasn't appeared after 15 minutes, contact support@cardrummy.ws with the transaction reference.

CardRummy processes withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash in under 15 minutes on average. Bank IBFT withdrawals typically arrive within 1–3 banking hours. During high-volume periods such as major PSL match days, processing may extend to 30–45 minutes. Withdrawals are not processed to third-party wallets — only to the payment method used for deposit or your registered account.

The minimum withdrawal on CardRummy is Rs 500. There are no withdrawal fees charged by CardRummy. Your Easypaisa or JazzCash account may apply standard transfer fees as per their own terms, which are outside CardRummy's control. Withdrawals must be to a verified account — identity verification may be required for larger amounts.

If your deposit has been deducted from your Easypaisa or JazzCash but hasn't appeared in your CardRummy balance after 15 minutes, please email support@cardrummy.ws with: (1) your CardRummy mobile number, (2) the payment method used, (3) the transaction reference number or screenshot, and (4) the time of payment. Our team will trace and credit it within the hour in almost all cases.

As a security measure, CardRummy processes withdrawals to the same payment method used for the deposit where possible. If you deposited via Easypaisa, the withdrawal goes back to Easypaisa. If you need to change your withdrawal destination — for example, because you no longer have access to that wallet — contact support@cardrummy.ws for manual verification before requesting a withdrawal.

Games & Betting

CardRummy offers: Cricket Betting (PSL, internationals, live odds), Aviator (crash game with real-time multipliers), Andar Bahar (live dealer card game), Fishing Games, Esports Betting (CS2, DOTA 2, mobile titles), and a Live Cricket Score feed to keep you in sync with every match.

In Aviator, you place a bet before each round. A plane takes off and a multiplier starts climbing from 1x. You must click "Cash Out" before the plane flies away — the multiplier at your cash-out point is applied to your bet. If the plane disappears before you cash out, you lose your bet for that round. Andar Bahar is a traditional South Asian card game well-known across Pakistan. A joker card is placed face-up in the centre. Cards are dealt alternately to the "Andar" (inside) and "Bahar" (outside) piles. You bet on which side will receive a card matching the joker first. Yes. All RNG (random number generator) games on CardRummy — including Aviator and digital card games — use certified provably fair algorithms. The outcomes are mathematically random and cannot be influenced by CardRummy or any player. Live dealer games like Andar Bahar use real physical cards dealt by trained dealers on video, providing an additional layer of transparency. A wagering requirement means you must place bets totalling a certain multiple of your bonus amount before the bonus can be withdrawn as real cash. On CardRummy, the welcome bonus has a 20x requirement. If you received a Rs 1,000 bonus, you must place bets totalling Rs 20,000 before that bonus converts to withdrawable cash. Your own deposited funds are always withdrawable without any wagering restriction — only the bonus portion is subject to the rollover.

Yes. CardRummy runs regular reload bonuses, seasonal promotions tied to major cricket events like PSL, and occasional free bet credits for existing players. Promotions are displayed on your account dashboard when you log in. CardRummy does not send promotional communications to players who have set deposit limits or are in a cooling-off period, in line with our responsible gaming commitment.

Account Security

Yes. CardRummy uses TLS 1.3 encryption for all data in transit between your device and our servers — this includes login credentials, payment information, and personal data. Passwords are stored as salted cryptographic hashes, never in plain text. CardRummy does not store full card numbers. Payments are processed through certified payment processors. New device login alerts are sent via SMS so you always know when your account is accessed.

Contact support@cardrummy.ws immediately — include the time and location in the alert SMS. Our security team will lock your account within minutes of receiving your message and review recent activity. Immediately change your password and ensure you're not using that password on any other site. Do not attempt to log in yourself while the investigation is open, as this can complicate the security review.

Never. CardRummy support agents will never ask for your password via SMS, email, phone call, or live chat. If anyone contacts you claiming to be CardRummy and asks for your password, it is a phishing attempt. Do not share your credentials. Report it immediately to support@cardrummy.ws. Our team can only help with your account by verifying your identity through registered contact details — never by asking for passwords.

For an immediate security lock, email support@cardrummy.ws with your registered mobile number and the subject line "Urgent: Lock My Account". Our team processes these within minutes around the clock. For self-exclusion (a permanent or extended closure for responsible gaming reasons), use the self-exclusion tool in Account Settings → Responsible Gaming. Self-exclusion requests are processed within one hour and your remaining balance is refunded.

After 5 consecutive failed login attempts, CardRummy temporarily locks the account for 15 minutes as protection against brute-force attacks. An SMS notification is sent to your registered number during the lockout period. After 15 minutes the account unlocks automatically. If you're locked out because you've forgotten your password, use the OTP login option on the login page to regain access.

Responsible Gaming

CardRummy provides six free responsible gaming tools accessible from Account Settings: Deposit Limits (daily/weekly/monthly PKR caps), Loss Limits (max net loss per period), Session Time Alerts (reminders during long play sessions), Reality Check (periodic session summaries), Cooling-Off Period (1–30 day account pause), and Self-Exclusion (minimum 6-month full closure). Log in, go to Account Settings → Responsible Gaming → Deposit Limits. Select daily, weekly or monthly, enter your PKR maximum, and confirm. The limit activates immediately. Reducing a limit is instant — reducing from Rs 2,000/day to Rs 500/day applies right away. Increasing a limit has a mandatory 24-hour delay so you can't reverse a limit in the heat of the moment. We strongly recommend setting a limit when you first register on CardRummy.

No. Once a cooling-off period is activated on CardRummy, it cannot be shortened or cancelled. This firmness is intentional — the tool only works if it's a binding commitment. When the period expires, your account automatically becomes fully active again without any further action required on your part. If you're experiencing distress during a cooling-off period, you can still contact support@cardrummy.ws for non-gaming assistance.

When you self-exclude on CardRummy, your remaining PKR balance is refunded to your registered Easypaisa, JazzCash, or bank account within 24 hours of account closure. You do not forfeit your real-money balance by self-excluding. Any active bonus balance is cancelled as part of the closure. Self-exclusion lasts a minimum of 6 months and cannot be reversed during that period, regardless of the reason given.

No. CardRummy's policy is to stop all promotional and bonus communications to players who have an active deposit limit, loss limit, or are in a cooling-off period. We will not try to influence you to spend beyond the limits you have set for yourself. This applies to SMS, email, and in-app notifications.
